The design, production, inspection, and use of combined transformers comply with a series of national and industry technical standards and specifications. The core product standard is the People's Republic of China Machinery Industry Standard "Combined Transformers" (JB/T 10217), which was submitted by the National Transformer Standardization Technical Committee and is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This standard was initially released in 2000 (JB/T 10217-2000) and revised in 2013 (JB/T 10217-2013). According to information released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and submitted by the National Transformer Standardization Technical Committee, JB/T 10217-2013 will be repealed on November 1, 2025, and completely replaced by JB/T 10217-2025 "Combined Transformers," with the new standard taking effect on November 1, 2025.
In addition, there are several relevant standards for specific application scenarios, such as the national standard GB/T 17467-2010 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations". These standards together constitute the standard system for the technical and quality requirements of combined transformer products.
